The Hubby's Thoughts
Time is not moving fast enough for me. Maybe I am still in shock. Maybe I don't really know what to do with myself. Certainly Brooke appreciates the housework but now that school has started again, my resolve to be the "perfect househusband" is slipping. Hopefully she can't tell. Hopefully she stays asleep on the couch, only to wake 30 minutes later asking for a glass of chocolate milk. All the while, I am thoughfully entrenched in a game of chess. Bishop C3..F3

Ah, just the fact that you are THINKING about cleaning house or getting Brooke some chocolate milk OR letting her nap when her body is screaming for one tells me that you're doing good, real good! :-)
