Small update

I'm still recovering from my c-section and not able to sit in this chair for very long but I wanted to drop by and give a quick update.

I will have to give you the whole birth story another time (James did a good job but he missed a few details). Right now we're home and doing great. I feel pretty good and my incision is healing well. James is just as cute as a button and he is such a good baby. Feeding is still presenting a few challenges but nothing we won't overcome.

Rod and my mom have been doing everything and allowing me to just relax, heal, and cuddle with my little sweetie.

I know you're dying to see more pictures. I will try to get some uploaded for you tomorrow. Thanks for all of your support throughout this pregnancy! I hope you will continue to follow along as we explore the newborn stage. :)

If you are breastfeeding and you have any questions you can call or email me any time. Gabriel was the hardest one out of all four to start latching on correctly.

I am glad to hear your recovering quickly. I can't wait to see more pictures and hear the whole story.

sleep when ever you can, That goes for Rod too! lol

Would you like to borrow my recliner for a while? I'd pop it in my van and bring it over in a heartbeat! I bought it and moved it here myself so I know I could do it!

Thanks everyone!

Kimmy, I'm not afraid to take my pills...I know what it feels like to let them lapse and I don't want to do that again!

Cherie, he has a tongue tie which is making latching almost impossible. We've decided to keep trying but I am ok with exclusively pumping. I figure whatever works for us is what's best...who cares what the lactation consultant says!

Cat, I'm trying to get some uploaded...keep checking back!

Angi, the cats are a little hesitant, but they're ok.

Cathy, thank you so much for the offer. I was thinking I would need something like that but all of a sudden today I am able to move better. I can get in and out of bed and off the couch all by myself now! I even took a shower with only a little assistance today. Our house is so small that I'm afraid a recliner would take up the whole livingroom. Thanks for offering, though.
